Why is AME Home Care different?
Personal care through AME Home Care will begin with a detailed initial
intake assessment to review needs, schedule, preferences and many other necessary topics.
Our CRNP then visits each client prior to the start of care at no additional charge. During this visit, our CRNP will develop a Plan of Care specifically based on you or your loved one’s individual care needs.
We use all of the information gathered to ensure we are not only sending the most suitable and knowledgeable caregiver to provide care, but we also want to be sure the care received is comprehensive enough to provide a safe and independence-focused environment.
You or your loved one’s care will be carefully supervised by our CRNP. Our CRNP can work directly with general doctors, care managers, social workers and specialists to ensure you or your loved one’s care is carefully monitored and meeting even the most basic necessities. We want to ensure once home, you or your loved one remain safe at home.
We have detailed quality control processes and procedures which include feedback from you. Our ears are always open to hearing what you have to say about our services, caregivers or whatever may be on your mind.
